Who we are

Underground Associates LLC ("we", "us") builds, hosts and maintains websites for local businesses from Cullman, Alabama. Questions? call or text 256-636-5886 or email info@undergroundassociates.com.

Free previews

We may build a free preview website for your business from your public Google business listing. Looking at it costs nothing and you're under no obligation. Previews are private, hidden from search engines, and deleted if you don't sign up.

Plans and prices

Basic: $49 a month
Plus: $89 a month
Pro: $149 a month

Ways to pay:

6-month plan: the monthly price, no setup fee. 6-month minimum, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
12-month plan: the monthly price, no setup fee. 12-month minimum, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Month to month: the monthly price plus a one-time $299 setup fee. No minimum.
Pay yearly (2 months free): pay 12 months up front for the price of 10. No setup fee. Renews each year unless you cancel.

Extras: Online ordering or booking hookup ($99 one-time), Get listed everywhere ($99 one-time), Google Business Profile setup ($149 one-time), Photo shoot ($199 one-time), Spanish version of your site ($99 one-time), "We're hiring" section ($49 one-time), Rush build ($49 one-time), Social media posts ($129/month), QR table tents & window sign ($49 each), Business cards, yard signs & door hangers (priced per job), Logo refresh ($179 one-time), Tap-to-review card (NFC) ($35 each), Extra changes ($50 each), Ad management ($149/month).

The prices in your signed agreement are the ones you pay. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Signing up and paying

You sign up by reading and accepting your plan and our service agreement on your personal sign-up page. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged automatically to the card you choose; we never see or store your full card number. If a payment fails, we'll reach out. A site may be taken offline if a payment is more than 30 days late.

Cancellation and refund policy

Previews are always free. You never pay anything unless you sign up.
Plans with a minimum (6 or 12 months): after the minimum, cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Month to month: cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Monthly charges are billed in advance and aren't refunded for part of a month.
The month-to-month setup fee ($299) is refunded in full if you cancel before your site goes live. After it goes live, it isn't refundable.
Yearly plans: cancel within 30 days of paying and we refund what you paid, minus the regular monthly price for each month started. After 30 days, yearly payments aren't refunded; your site stays up through the year you paid for and the plan won't renew.
If we ever charge you by mistake, we refund it in full.
To cancel or ask for a refund, call or text 256-636-5886 or email info@undergroundassociates.com. Refunds go back to your original card, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Service agreement

This is the agreement you accept when you sign up:

1. What you get: Underground Associates LLC builds your website, hosts it and keeps it running, plus everything listed in your plan. 2. Payment: Your plan is charged automatically each month (or each year on a yearly plan), starting today. Month to month has a one-time setup fee, due when you sign up; the other plans have none unless your plan says otherwise. 3. Term: With the 6-month or 12-month plan, those first months are a minimum, then you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. With month to month, there's no minimum: cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Yearly plans are paid up front for 12 months and renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. 4. Your content stays yours: your business name, logo, photos and text belong to you. You confirm you have the right to use any photos or text you send us. 5. Your domain and email: A domain you already own stays in your name. If we register one for you, we'll transfer it to you on request if you leave. Email forwarding to your own inbox is free with plans that include it. If you choose a Google mailbox instead, Google bills you directly under Google's terms; we set it up but don't charge for it or control Google's prices or service. 6. If you cancel: the site comes down at the end of your last paid month. We'll send you a copy of the site's files on request. 7. Changes: Updates listed in your plan are included. We'll quote anything bigger before doing it. 8. No promises on rankings: the site is built to be found on Google, but no one can guarantee rankings, visitors or sales.

Limits

We work to keep your site online and correct, but we can't promise it will never be down or error-free, and no one can guarantee search rankings, visitors or sales. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
